Taurean “Tory T” Barney was born on January 24, 1997, to
Rickehelle C. Williams and D. M. Adamson Sr. He was a
loving Son, Little Brother, Grandson, Nephew, Cousin and
Friend. He meant the world to so many. Taurean gained his
wings peacefully on December 23, 2025, leaving many to
cherish his Memories, unconditional love and a presence that
will forever be missed. From the moment he entered this
world, Taurean brought light, laughter, and love into the lives of
everyone he encountered. He attended Greenway High School
and proudly graduated with the Class of 2015. He later began
his first job with All About Food at American Legion Post 65,
where he took great pride in working hard and always doing his
best.

Taurean lived life to the fullest with joy and humor. He loved
singing, dancing, playing video games, hanging out with friends
and making people laugh—often without even trying. His smile
could brighten the darkest days, and his jokes were always
perfectly timed. He had a gentle heart, a determined spirit, and
a special way of making everyone feel comfortable, valued, and
seen.

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving family: his Mother
Rickehelle C. Williams of Tucson, Arizona; his Father D.M.
Adamson Sr. of Warren, Ohio; his Sister , Iesha Jordan of
Tucson, Arizona; his Grandmother Deborah Miller of Tucson,
Arizona, Grandparents Jerry and Esther Barney of Phoenix,
Arizona, His Uncles Richard Williams and Lealon Williams of
Tucson, Arizona, and Brian Barney and Brandon Barney of
Phoenix, Arizona; his Special Great-Aunts Tara Reid-Hall of
Tucson, Arizona, and Lenora Scroggins-Greer of Phoenix,
Arizona; along with a host of beloved Aunts, Uncles and
Cousins.

My son was my heart. Though he was taken from this world far
too soon, his love remains with me every day. Taurean will be
deeply missed and forever remembered for his kindness,
strength, and the joy he so freely gave to everyone around him.
