Rachel Marie Johnson, 45, of Chicago IL, resided in Phoenix Arizona passed away on June 17th, 2022, from illness. She was surrounded by her family.
Rachel was born January 3, 1977, in Chicago IL. Rachel attended St. Angela’s Catholic School for grade school. Prosser Career Academy and Jones Metropolitan Business of Commerce HS where she graduated in 1995. Pivot Point for cosmetology school where she gained her license for hair.
Rachel was predeceased by her Maternal grandparents Herbert Richardson Sr. & Margaret (Allen) Richardson, Paternal grandparents Jewell Raymond Johnson Sr. & Tansie Anderson. She is survived by her parents Jewell and Linda Johnson, and her only son Edward F. Henderson II. Grandson Elijah Henderson. Sister Rebecca Johnson (Mardez) Smith, Brother Jewell Raymond (Shameaka) Johnson III, and her nephew Jewell Raymond Johnson IV and nieces Shannon Johnson, Sierra Johnson, and Nora Smith. A host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Everyone who knew Rachel “Rae” knew how she loved her family and friends. Rachel was full of light laughs jokes and smiles. Rachel is survived by and abundance of family and friends. Best friends Micah and Andrea. Rae will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.
