Kathleen Spencer was born on October 18th, 1967, to Alonzo and Glory Jean Spencer in Detroit Michigan. She was the sixth born of 8 children. She excelled academically and graduated from Cooley High School, later earning her degree in Medical Billing and Coding in 2016.
Kathleen was an ambitious, church-going woman with a heart for God and a gift for making people laugh. Bringing joy to others came naturally to her, and she especially loved having her nieces and nephews around. Creative and talented, she had a passion for arts and crafts and was an amazing event decorator, always adding beauty and personal touches wherever she went.
In 2008, Kathleen made the decision to leave Michigan and settle in Phoenix, Arizona with her only son, Keshawn. She then met Robert, who played a very valuable role in her life. While she continued to be a loving outgoing soul, her illness gradually began to take over. However, she fought a great fight!
Kathleen leaves cherished memories with her beloved son Keshawn Spencer. She is also survived by her Siblings: Alecia, Michael (Arhelia), Murtise (Proceeded her in death) (Michael), Lutrecia, Yolanda (DeShawn), along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.
