Joseph A. Sasser

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph Anthony Sasser, affectionately known as “Joe,” who departed this life on December 13, 2024, in San Bernardino, California. Born on November 24, 1991, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Joe brought light and laughter into the lives of everyone who knew him. Joe recently achieved a lifelong dream of becoming a semi-truck driver, obtaining his CDL license. His dedication and passion for his career were a testament to his unstoppable determination and drive. He found immense pride in his work, cherishing every mile on the road. Known for his infectious humor and a heart that never hesitated to help, Joe had a special gift for brightening even the darkest of days. He was the friend who could make you laugh until you cried and the helper who never hesitated to lend a hand, no matter the task. 

Joe leaves behind a loving family who will forever treasure his memory. He is survived by his mother, Kim Sasser; his stepfather, Richard Jones; Vincent Fields; his father, his brother, Jacob Sasser; his beloved spouse, Amanda Fausto; and their three cherished children, Prince, Valintina, and Josiah. Joe is also survived by his sister, Jessica Johnson, and her husband, Steven Johnson. 

In addition to his family, He leaves behind a host of friends who adored him and will miss him dearly. His kindness, warmth, and unwavering love for those around him will live on in the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to have known him.  Though Joe’s time with us was far too short, his impact was immeasurable. He will be remembered for the joy he brought into the world, his unyielding spirit, and the love he shared with so many. 

May we honor his memory by continuing to spread kindness, laughter, and love, just as he did. 

Rest in peace, Joe.
