Jacob Jaime Jr. , lovingly known as “ Kuba”,
Passed away tragically on March 28, 2026, at the age of 22.
Born on November 30, 2003, in Phoenix, Arizona, Jacob brought light, laughter, and love into the lives of everyone who knew him. Kuba was known for his crazy sense of humor and his ability to make anyone laugh. He was funny, hardworking, lovable, driven, and deeply dedicated in everything he did. Beyond his humor, he was often the voice of reason among his friends and family- someone people could turn to for guidance, comfort, and honesty.
He loved spending time with his friends and lived life fully in their company. As a child, he enjoyed boxing and playing soccer, passions that reflected his energy and determination. As he grew older, Kuba developed a love for fashion, taking pride in his style, his sneaker collection, and his colognes-he always made sure he smelled as good as he looked.
Kuba was incredibly proud of the accomplishments he achieved on his own. Among them was purchasing his own Tesla and beginning his journey toward a career as an MRI technician- goals that Reflected his independence, ambition, and bright future.
He is survived by his loving mother, Basia Jaime; his father Jacob Jaime; and his sisters, Angelique and Nautica Jaime. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Barbara (“Babcia”) and George (“Dziadziu”) Szerlag; his paternal grandmother, Daisy Jaime; and he was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ciriaco Jaime. Kuba leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, two nieces, one nephew, and countless friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Kuba was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure. His laughter, his spirit, and the love he gave so freely will never be forgotten.
