Audrey was born to Murray Charles and Ella Ruth Williams on March 14, 1962 who have preceded her in death. Audrey is also preceded in death by her oldest sibling Willie Edward Williams (Larry), Pamela Williams (Widow).

She leaves behind, two children; LaToya and Quinnton Williams, seven grandchildren; Kivory Price, Kaiya Price, Jayven Price, Ivory “Handsome” Price, Jr.,Anaya Williams, Jasmine Williams and JanelleWilliams, Six siblings; Sandi Thompson - Herman Thompson Sr (Spouse), Murray Williams, Anthony Williams - Nicole Williams (Spouse), Bessie Williams, Aretha Harris - Russell Harris (Spouse), Dana Williams, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.

She received her high school diploma in 1979 fromSunnyside High School and a certification in Addictions and Substance Abuse Disorders Level Ifrom Rio Salado Community College in February 2014.  During her life she worked in various fields, but the field she enjoyed the most was the health care field where she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant(CNA) for many, many years.  It would be safe to say, with her Christian upbringing and working in this field is where she gained her passion to help and provide all forms of assistance to anyone she met.

She was very active in her church until she fell ill and was unable to physically attend regularly, however anytime opportunity she had to attend virtually she did.  She completed her Sonship School of the Firstborn from Victory Community Church-AZ, were she renewed and practiced her skills on how to apply the bible to her daily life.  She served in the Unseen Hands, Intercessory Prayer and Prayer Walk Ministries at Virtue Church, formally known as Victory Community Church-AZ. She was involved for many years with the Women of Purpose Prayer Group.

Despite all her challenges and illnesses in her life, she fought a good fight until God took her home.  We find comfort in knowing that she is no longer in pain and sitting in the presence of Jesus and many other loved ones. We thank God for her life and the 58 years he allowed us to spend with her. She will be remembered and missed tremendously.
