On December 10, 2024, at the age of 28, Angel Loera unexpectedly called home, leaving our hearts heavy with sorrow yet comforted by faith that he now rests in heaven with the Lord.
Angel was a dedicated father to his cherished children, Adriel (5) Hernadez and Aliana Hernandez (7), who brought immense joy to his life. He treasured every moment spent with them and worked tirelessly to be a source of love, guidance, and inspiration. Known for his charisma and his ability to make everyone feel seen and valued, Angel had a natural talent for connecting with people from all walks of life. His laughter, warmth, and determination left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered, creating countless memories of his vibrant spirit.
Angel faced life's challenges with courage and strength, turning his battle with addiction into a testament to resilience and transformation. Through his faith, he found redemption, embraced Christ as his Savior, and lived by the scripture: “Faith without works is dead” (James 2:17). His life exemplified grace, hope, and perseverance.
As a Form Team Operator at Kaiser Aluminum, Angel found a supportive work family and regularly attended church services. He is survived by a loving and shared family, including his parents, Angela Burciaga and Frank Loera Jr., along with his stepmother, Veronica Loera. His siblings—Marissa Keanne, Adrian Burciaga, Priscilla Caldera, Jorge Rivero, Majestic Lopez, Latiana Loera, Cisco Loera, Elija Loera, and Kathaleya Loera. He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Archie Caldera.
Angel’s life was a testament to perseverance and faith. Although his journey was filled with challenges, he never ceased striving to be better, and to connect deeper. He will be remembered for his loving spirit.
A celebration of Angel’s life will be held, details provided below.
Angel’s family and friends express heartfelt gratitude for the love, prayers, and support during this challenging time. In his memory, may we continue to offer compassion and understanding to those fighting their own battles—no judgment, only love.
Rest in peace, Angel. Your fight is over, and your spirit is now free. You will be eternally loved and deeply missed.
