Amy Jane (Moore) Corsi, 69, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 5:20 a.m. in Phoenix, AZ.
She was born on May 9, 1956, in Youngstown, OH, the beloved daughter of Raymond and Geraldine (Oakley) Moore. Amy married Fred A. Corsi Jr. in St. Louis, MO, at The Jewel Box in Forest Park on September 2, 1994. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Fred A. Corsi Jr.
Amy was a 1974 graduate of Civic Memorial High School in Bethalto, IL. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL, graduating in 1978. Amy built a successful career in hotel management, serving as Director of Sales. She was an active and dedicated alumni of the Tri Sigma sorority, generously volunteering her time and talents, including her involvement with the WM Phoenix Open.
A devoted wife, mother, and Christian, Amy approached everything she did with passion and purpose. She was the light of every gathering and especially cherished time spent with family and friends. Amy loved to travel, particularly to her favorite destination, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She also enjoyed golfing, playing pickleball, and line dancing.
She is survived by her son, Alex Corsi of Seattle, WA; her sister, Sally Moore of Bethalto, IL; her brother, Raymond (Terri) Moore of Camdenton, MO; her brother-in-law, Louis Corsi of Cleveland, OH; and her nieces and nephews, Jenna Moore, Jered Moore, Zachary Moore, and Gina Corsi.
In addition to her parents, Amy was preceded in death by her sister-in-law Barbara Fox, and nephews James Fox and Louis Corsi Jr.
Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded, with a private inurnment to follow.
