Adeline Annabelle O’Neill of Surprise, Arizona
Born September 3, 2021
Returned to our Lord Jesus on December 12, 2025, at just four years old.
Known as “Woogie” to those closest to her, she was an angel whose innocence was defined by
pure love and strength. Adeline had such a big personality that she never let anything she went
through slow her down. She was fierce, strong, and brave.
Adeline loved to play, smile, sing, and laugh. Her laugh was contagious and joyful. She loved to
play with her Barbies, anything Bluey, Legos—because she loved to build—and her favorite of
all, Play-Doh. She was also very creative and loved to color, paint, and use stickers. She made
many masterpieces. She had a Bluey cart that held all her favorite things, which she would roll
around everywhere. Her joy in life was play, and it didn’t matter what—she let her imagination
run wild. She explored! Never standing still, a strength that always kept her on the go. She loved
to dress up, swim, and go on road trips. She had so many big dreams of becoming a dentist or
a scientist when she grew up. She loved preschool and anything chocolate. She had such a
bright soul.
She loved her family more than anything, and one thing you could count on to slow her down
was cuddles. “Cuddles” was Adeline’s word for “hold me.” When it was time for cuddles, she
would climb into your arms and snuggle in, and it felt like time stopped. Adeline had a pure heart
of gold and was a true empath; she knew that her cuddles could cure anything. They did, and
they were loved and cherished by her family. She touched the lives of every single person she
met, and every single one has a story of love for her. Adeline had a tribe of people who
genuinely loved and cherished her, and she will be truly loved and missed forever.
Adeline is survived by her mother, Della Chadd; her father, Steven O’Neill; her two older sisters,
Melanie Giuliano and Evelyn Allee; and her grandmother, Sherrie O’Neill.
