78 of Chandler, AZ, son of Louis H. and Margie L. Wagner passed away on October 3, 2017. He was born and raised in Turin, Iowa. He served 5 years in the US Navy and 19 years with Wycliffe Bible Translators. He is survived by his wife Diane; four children: Mardy (Kristina), Jesse, Rebecca Martin (Joel), and Joanna Diehl (JohnDavid); seven grandchildren; and brother Dennis (Kathy). Internment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. A memorial celebration will be held in the VA Med. Center Chapel at 650 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix AZ on October 13, 2017 at 4:30 pm.
